CANCELLATION POLICY

If appointments must be rebooked or cancelled, you may do so online at least 48 hours before appointment time. In the event you must cancel or rebook 24 hours before appointment time, please email me at williswaxing@gmail.com. No call/No shows and Canceling appointments within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee. Illnesses, injury’s or emergencies will always be waived at my discretion. For appointments cancelled or rebooked with less than 24 hours notice: First Cancellation - Things happen!! In most cases a fee will not occur, however, 35% of services booked may be charged to the card on file depending on circumstances. Second Cancellation - 35% of services booked will be charged to the card on file. Third Cancellation - 50% of services booked will be charged to the card on file. For appointments that are No call/No show: First Time - 50% of services will be charged to the card on file. Second Time - 100% of services booked will be charged to the card on file.
